Agilent MS40+ Rotary Vane Pump

The MS40+ is the roughing (foreline) pump of choice for LC/MS and ICP-MS instruments. The MS40+ single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump that provides a high pumping speed in a pump with reduced dimensions is equipped with an integral exhaust /oil filtration system featuring replaceable exhaust filter elements. This makes this pump suitable for high gas-throughput conditions, and providing a base pressure of < 5-2 mbar.
