Most devices run on alternating current (AC), which is what we get from wall outlets. Car batteries and small-scale power generators, however, produce direct current (DC). As a result, you’ll need a power inverter if you want to power devices from a car or mobile home.

This inverter produces pure sine wave – a smoothly varying alternating current that works best with TVs, computers and stereos. It has an efficiency rating of over 90% and consumes less energy than MSW inverters.

The RS PRO power inverter is fitted with a chassis mount that’s easily attached to your vehicle’s battery. It’s housed in a durable anodised aluminium case, so it also provides excellent heat dissipation.
